Pacific Golf Apartment Owners Association (PGAOA) was registered in August 2020. Detailed bye-laws are in place and all guidelines prescribed by the applicable Acts are followed meticulously.
Accounts are audited by a CA firm every year, Income Tax returns are filed, and biennial elections are held with office bearers elected in General Body meetings.
Work for the welfare of all members and residents of Pacific Golf Estate.
Promote harmony, solidarity and good relations amongst all members.
Keep the place clean and pollution free for everyone.
Extend help and support to senior citizens in the community.
Carry out social, educational & recreational activities regularly.
Ensure security and safety of all residents at all times.
